What file formats are accepted for uploading artwork?

We accept the following file formats for artwork uploads: jpg, pdf, psd, png, and ai. Ensure your design is in one of these compatible formats for the best printing results.

Is there a maximum file size for artwork uploads?

Yes, to ensure efficient processing, the maximum file size for artwork uploads is 10MB. If your file exceeds this limit, consider compressing it or reaching out to our support team for assistance.

Can I upload multiple files for a single order?

Currently, our system accommodates the upload of a single file per order. To include multiple designs, we recommend zipping the files into a single compressed folder before uploading. This ensures all your creative expressions are captured in a streamlined manner.
