Shipping

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there was an error in the customization that deviates from the approved design. For exchange requests, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a standard USPS return shipping label and initiate the replacement process.
