Return & Exchange Policy

Returns (Defective Items Only)

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

To request a return, you must contact us within 10 business days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

A return may be requested if:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • The item received does not match the product description
  • The defect is not related to customer misuse or improper handling

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are often customized, any product that is personalized, custom-printed, or includes customer-supplied graphics or logos is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.


Return Process

To begin a return request, please contact us through:

Do not ship items back without contacting us first.
We will provide instructions and a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping Costs

A prepaid return shipping label will be issued. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was defective due to our error.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Customized items (unless defective)
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or arrived incorrectly
  • There was an error in customization caused by Blurp Devices

If eligible, we will provide a replacement item at no additional product cost.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos.
We will provide a standard USPS return label and send a replacement after verification.
